In July I took the kids to go to Oregon to visit my parents. I hadn't been in about five years, and it was so fun! My mom had just retired officially, and my dad took most of the week off, so we got tons of attention. Thanks guys for planning such a fun trip for us! The kids of course had a great time. It was fun seeing all the remodeling that my parents had done on their house. We took the kids to the park a couple of times, played in my parents GORGEOUS yard, went to some fun restaurants, played games, went to Wildlife Safari, and just spent some good quality time together. I can't wait to go back!
I must have caught Lily while she was falling down or something. Her hair doesn't normally look like she's being electrocuted.
Wildlife Safari was super fun. This buffalo rubbed his head on the window for a few minutes scratching an itch I guess.
Allie lost her first tooth while we were there. The tooth fairy came all the way to Oregon!
Dylans favorite pastime was sticking his fingers in Grandma's nose and mouth.
Somewhere I have a picture of Danny doing this very same thing, 9 years ago.
I got to see my friend Heidi and meet her awesome kids. Heidi and I grew up in the same neighborhood and were best friends. So great to see her!

I can't believe you hadn't been to oregon in 5 years! That should be some sort of crime or something. I WISH we would have been in Eugene, but we were in Sisters the whole time. Love the pictures, your parents are so cute!

Stewart Park! I wish I could've just flown to Oregon with you instead of coming back to DC. Tell Allie "congratulations" on the tooth! She's such a tough girl. I love Lily's electrocuted hair and Dylan is such a handsome little guy :) I miss you guys!
