A little help please

Danny and I are having a really hard time coming up with a name for our baby girl. I know we still have until June to decide, but I was hoping that we could get some suggestions from our friends. So... put everything in your life on hold for the next 8 seconds if you will, and give me your top two or three ideas. We don't want anything too funky, but not too plain or overly common either. Does that help? Yeah, it didn't help me either... we are stuck! Thanks for your help! For inspiration purposes, here is a picture of Allie at two months. :)

Discovery Gateway

Yesterday I took Allie down to Discovery Gateway where she got to spend the day playing with her cousins. I'd never been there, and their new exhibit was a Sesame Street theme, so of course she loved it. If you haven't been there, it's pretty cool. There are all kinds of games and interactive things for kids. Probably anyone from about 18 months to 12 could really have a good time there, so check it out. Here is us chilling with Big Bird. He really is quite big. Below is where we spent quite a bit of time, all these chutes with air going through them that wound all around the room and ceiling and these little balls that you'd put in. Lots of forced air when you open up the tubes, hence Allie's wind blown look.

They had a fun water area which Allie and Libby loved, a supermarket, and of course Sesame Street, with Elmo's World. It was kind of nice to have a place to sit down and watch our favorite red monster for a few minutes.

They had this really cute game show with Guy Smiley. The questions were a little too advance for Allie, but she did ok. She also loved dressing up as a Fire Chief and driving around in that fire truck. It was a really fun day, I got pretty worn out but luckily Allie's older cousins did most of the work chasing Allie around.

A Tribute to Roseburg

Roseburg Oregon was a great place to grow up. I suppose if I had been into hunting, jacked up pick up trucks, gun racks, glowing lights attached to the undercarriage of my lowrider, or rediculously loud speakers, it would have been even a greater place to grow up. This is my school. Roseburg High School. Where Excellence Is Tradition. Hmm... No really though, it is a great town, beautiful all year round, with plenty of amazing people, and great friends. I love you Roseburg. Now I just need to figure out how to either raise or lower my car to a more acceptable level...

Nice Try...

There are few things that have ever made me laugh as hard as I did when I saw this. It just really made my day. I found it randomly while Googling for some pictures for a t-shirt idea that Danny had. I think I laughed so hard I peed a little...

Big Cottonwood Canyon

Yesterday in between snowstorms, we made a quick trip (two actually, I forgot my camera's memory card the first time, doh!) up to Big Cottonwood Canyon to take a few pictures. It was really pretty up there. Even though I hate the snow, I can't deny how pretty it is when it has just fallen and covers everything, so we decided to check it out. We had a good time, and narrowly missed the next storm that hit right as we were finishing up. Thank goodness for the Jeep because we would have been STUCK otherwise.
